* Students under age 18 can workout in the Gym after having an orientation session with the trainer.

Do you know your hip to waist ratio? Divide your waist measurement by your hip measurement. For men your number should be less than .95 and for women less than .85. If it is higher than you are at risk for heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, low back pain and other disease!!

Pool Inclement Weather Policy

At the sound of thunder the lifeguard and/or
the pool manager will announce that the pool is closed. At that time all patrons must be completely out of the pool.
From the last sound of thunder, the pool will be
CLOSED for 30 minutes. The pool will be CLOSED during thunder and lightening storms. The safety of our patrons is out paramount concern, so the pool may be closed before the first sound of thunder if the lifeguard and/or pool manager feels there is a risk of injury to any person using the facility.
