Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Body Sculpt - Upper Body and lower body toning with free weights and bands.
Cardio Kick - High energy workout using kick boxing, martial arts, and dance moves to form a fun cardio/sculpt workout.
Circuit - Thirty (30) minute circuit training that hits your whole body.
Core/Abs - Combination of upbeat abdominal exercises and tightening up the core.
Firm Fannies - Forty-five (45) minutes of toning the lower body. Arrive five (5) minutes early for step-up.
Kickboxing - Full body workout. This class is very fast paced.
Pilates - Lengthen and sculpt your muscles.
Power Mix - Combines Total Body Conditioning and Cardio in a 45 minute class.
Seniors Sculpt - Heart rate monitoring throughout class. Includes Rhythmic Movements and some body sculpting with light weights.
Step - Great for legs and buns. This exercise class uses platform stepping up and down.
T.B.C. - Total Body Conditioning hits all muscle groups for a total body workout.
Yoga - Great class for stretching, flexibility, and relaxation.
Zumba Combo - Combines Zumba and Zumba toning - emphasizes muscle work with Hi & Low intensity levels - light weight toning sticks to Zumba rhythms - Great for beginners and/or seniors.
ZUMBA - An aerobic workout with Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to tone and sculpt while burning fat. Don't forget that water bottle and towel, you will work up a sweat! Also shoes that don't grab the floor, an old wore out pair works great.
