General Policies
The following are policies that we feel will ensure that Kid's Club is a fun and safe place for all children. Please read over them and feel free to ask any questions that you might have!
For your child's safety, only parents or guardians may pick them up or drop them off. All children must be signed in upon arrived to the Kid's Club. The parent or guardian must also be the one who signs the child out.
Kid's Club is for walking toddlers through age 9.
You may be called upon to return to the Kid's Club for any of the following reasons: Diaper Change or help to the bathroom, illness, injury, disruptive or unmanageable behavior.
Kid's Club is for well children only. Please be considerate and keep sick children at home. We have the right to refuse any child admittance to Kid's Club.
Due to potential allergies, no outside food is permitted. Bottles and sippy cups are acceptable only if necessary and must be labeled properly with the child's name. Please inform the Kid's Club staff of any allergies your child may have.
Label all of your children's belongings and make sure that all needs have been taken care of before coming to Kid's Club.
For safety reasons, children of all ages must wear shoes at all times.
No one is allowed in Kid's Club when it is closed and no child is to be left in Kid's Club unsupervised.
Illness Guidelines
In order to provide the healthiest environment possible, we reserve the right to refuse any sick child admittance to Kid's Club. If your child develops any type of childhood disease (i.e. chicken pox) please notify the Kid's Club staff and director immediately. If a child becomes ill after being dropped off, we will contact you immediately to pick up your child.
Please remember, if your child is too sick to attend school, they are too sick to attend Kid's Club. Children with the following symptoms may not be brought to Kid's Club:
Fever or diarrhea within 24 hours of visiting Kid's Club.
Open sore or a bad cough, are symptoms of contagious illnesses.
Runny (discolored) discharge from their nose (not allergy related).
Starting new medications within the last 24 hours for viral or bacterial infection.
Child Behavior
The following are rules that all children are expected to follow while in Kid's Club. Please go over these rules with your children.
Keep hands and feet to yourself.
No biting or spitting.
Speak kindly and use an "inside voice".
Do not throw toys.
Do not climb or jump on tables and furniture.
Share toys and take turns.
Obey the instructions of the Kid's Club Staff at all times.
Kid's Club Discipline
If your child misbehaves while in the Kid's Club, they will be reminded of the rules and consequences of our facility once. If they continue to misbehave after being warned, they will be placed away form other children in TIME-OUT for an amount of time appropriate for the child's age.
You will be asked to remove your child for the following reasons:
Continued misbehavior after time-out.
Biting. The management may determine when the child can return.
Violent behavior (hitting, kicking, etc.)
Repeatedly refusing to follow directions.
Failure to adapt to the Kid's Club environment.
Please remember that the Kid's Club is a complimentary amenity. If it is determined that your child cannot adapt to the facility for whatever reason, you will be asked to make other arrangements. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you.
Kids Club Staff
Procedures for Check In
Please call to schedule a time for your child to be in Kid's Club. Parent must call before 5:00 PM prior to the day of visit.
You can schedule in advance of starting every Sunday. (This will allow us to schedule our staff member's time appropriately).

There will be a $2.00 charge per child, per visit to be paid at the time of visit. Or $10.00 per month unlimited usage.
There is a 2 hour limit for each child.
The capacity of the Kid's Club is 10 kids. The limit is set so that we can provide a safe & fun environment for your child.

8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Monday - Friday)
Afternoons
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Saturday
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
