How Personal Training Works

Personal Training is one-to-one instruction that incorporates goal setting and health education into challenging training sessions specifically designed for each individual's needs.  A personal trainer is there to instruct you on proper lifting techniques on a variety of exercises and at the same time motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.

Fitness Center Orientation

Get started on a safe and effective workout program.  Learn safe operation of all fitness equipment while learning proper strength training and cardiovascular techniques.  The orientation includes Cybex, free weights or both as well as safe operation of all fitness and cardio equipment.  Appointments may be made at the front desk and are free to members.
